Step 5 : The browser saves your opened tabs and windows and reopens them automatically when it restarts. If you’d prefer not to restart right away, click Not now. The next time you restart your browser, the update will be applied.

Solution 3: Disable the firewall in windows

Step 1 : Open the Control Panel.

Step 4 : If the Windows Firewall is disabled, the Windows Firewall state will be Off. To turn it on, in the left navigation pane, click on Turn Windows Firewall on or off.

Solution 4:  Disable the firewall in Antivirus Program

Step 1 : On home screen of windows, there will be task bar at bottom and in right corner of that bar there will up arrow icon. Click that up icon that will open notification tray.
Step 2 : After clicking on notification tray, now you can see your anti-virus icon and left click on that to see many options.
Step 3 : From these many options, you have to select disable this until it restarted option.
Step 4 : Open Google chrome
Step 5 : Open your webpage.

Solution 5:  Reset Google Chrome Settings.

Step 1 : Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
Step 2 : Select Settings.
Step 3 : Click Show advanced settings and find the “Reset browser settings” section.
Step 4 : Click Reset browser settings.
Step 5 : In the dialog that appears, click Reset and you are done. Check the webpage again that it’s showing error or not.
